Questions
Do they need to download an app?
No, and that's the entire point. The phone already knows how to read NFC. Your customer taps, their browser opens, they're looking at you.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read it with no setup, and so does virtually every Android from the last eight years. iPhone 7 to X can read it through the NFC reader in Control Center. The QR code on the back covers any phone that won't tap.
What if I change my number, or my website?
Nothing happens to the card. It points at a link we control, so we change where that link goes and your existing card keeps working. You don't buy a new one.
Do you need my passwords?
No, and don't hand them to anyone who asks. Everything is built out of links you can see, and every account stays yours.
How fast do I get it?
Setup is usually done within 48 hours of you sending your details. The card ships after that, first class, typically two to four days domestic.
What if the card stops working?
We replace it. They have no battery and no moving parts, so failures are rare. If one dies, that's on us, not you.
